Laurent possesses a unique blend of practical coaching experience and theoretical knowledge acquired through his journey in different sectors. as well as his INSEAD executive coaching certification and his current journey with the International Coach Academy.  

Laurent leverages the experience of navigating leadership roles in very diverse environments and corporate cultures as a qualified attorney in France and the UK : international law firms (CMS, Freshfields), French public sector (EDF and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations), US big tech (Amazon, Amazon Web Services) and French tech (PayFit), all with high strategic, development, regulatory and social stakes.

Through his roles, he contributed to shaping company culture and also conducted change management within his teams for sustainable long term impact, with a key focus on developing his team members. Over the years, his appetite for the development of self and of his teams and stakeholders were paramount and helped him make lasting contributions benefiting employers but also people around him. This appetite naturally lead him to considering further developing his coaching practice.

Laurent obtained the Executive Coaching Certification from INSEAD, a world class leading business school, enhancing his natural coaching capabilities. INSEAD provided him with renowned and forefront coaching best practices and methodologies as well as continuous training.  As a commitment to continuous eduction and supervision, Laurent is currently enrolled on another coaching course with the International Coach Academy, working on obtaining his certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Laurent adheres to the ICF Code of Conduct, and coaches in English or French.
